Our Story
We are two cousins from Nepal who discovered our purpose far from the mountains of our childhood in the warmth, aroma and rhythm of an Italian kitchen.
Our journey began with nothing but just pure curiosity. As young chefs, we were drawn to the elegance of Italian cuisine, and that's where it all started. The Italian way of cooking which is driven by passion, patience and unwavering respect for every ingredient, actually resonated deeply with us. What started as fascination soon became devotion, and that devotion grew into a shared dream and Oro by Sogno Italiano is the fulfilment of that dream.
After years of training, travelling and learning from remarkable mentors, we set out to create a place where the flavors of Italy are honoured with the same integrity as in their homeland.
